Hammerstone Limestone Quarry Location

Located in the heart of the mineable oil sands of Alberta, the Hammerstone Quarry is one of the largest limestone quarries in Western Canada. The Quarry provides a year round source of quality limestone aggregates that are essential to the growth, operational sustainability and environmental performance of the Alberta oil sands industry.

Hammerstone Infrastructure Materials Ltd acknowledges Treaty 8 territory; the ancestral and traditional territory of the Cree, Dene, as well as the Métis. We acknowledge the many Indigenous peoples whose footsteps have marked these lands for generations. Our recognition of this land is one aspect of ongoing reconciliation and an expression of our gratitude to those whose territory we reside on, or are visiting.
